HULMAN FIELD AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Ind. -- The Assistant Adjutant General for Air, Indiana National Guard, and Air Component Commander retired after nearly 38 years of military service April 7 at Hulman Field Air National Guard Base, Indiana.
