Community Support Request Form

Do you want to request community support from the 181st Intelligence Wing? You will need to complete the attached DD Form 2536 and email it to 181.IW.Public.Affairs.Org@us.af.mil at least two weeks before your event. 


The 181st IW and our members are committed to our community, state and nation. We are ready to help when it does not affect mission  readiness and follow DoD community engagement policies.
